The amenities in the room were fantastic, especially the

uncomfortable beds

lack of bathmat

what a letdown at this so-called comfort inn. the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on rocks. I also didn’t get a bath mat, which is clearly essential! to top it off, absolutely no one offered me an upgrade after all the inconveniences. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.
